This figurehead was in Joe's personal collection for more than 35 years, the only figure he chose to include in his collection during that time. She has outstanding proportions and a striking face with strong features under a jeweled crown. Her blue dress has good detail work with nice touches like the small bouquet of flowers held to her chest. The figure was likely part of a large figurehead from full rigged ship. On its current stand the figure sits at an attractive angle for viewing and display.
